1) Deforost before heating.
2) Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
3) Set it to LOW HEAT, and place the vacuum pack into the saucepan.
4) Let sit for 15-20 mins.
5) Carefully take out the package as contents may be hot. Cut open the package and enjoy.
