5)Fish Maw – 上等花膠
6)Fried Fish Maw – 砂爆魚肚
7)Dried Shiitake – 大花菇
8)Japanese Dried Scallop – 日本乾元貝
9)Slice Conch – 厚切海螺片
10)Shanghainese Pork Knuckle – 紅燒元蹄
11)Chicken – 走地雞肉
12)Fish Dumpling – 鯪魚球
13)Cuttlefish – 手打墨魚滑
14)Lotus Root – 蓮藕
15)Baby Cabbage – 津白
16)Turnip – 白蘿蔔

Cooking instruction:
1) Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
2) Set it to LOW HEAT, and place the vacuum pack into the saucepan.
3) Let sit for 12 mins.
4) Carefully take out the package as contents may be hot. Cut open the package and place it into the pot. Enjoy!
