4)Australian Sea Cucumber – 澳州海蔘
5)Fish Maw – 上等花膠
6)Fried Fish Maw – 砂爆魚肚
7)Dried Shiitake – 大花菇
8)Japanese Dried Scallop – 日本乾元貝
9)Slice Conch – 厚切海螺片
10)Shanghainese Pork Knuckle – 紅燒元蹄
11)Chicken – 走地雞肉
12)Fish Dumpling – 鯪魚球
13)Cuttlefish – 手打墨魚滑
14)Lotus Root – 蓮藕
15)Baby Cabbage – 津白
16)Turnip – 白蘿蔔

Cooking instruction:
1) Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
2) Set it to LOW HEAT, and place the vacuum pack into the saucepan.
3) Let sit for 12 mins.
