Bellota: This type of ham comes from pigs which have been fed with acorns and pasture until they reach 50 kilos weight. This is the highest quality ham.
Suggestion: serve as a starter accompanied by some Picos, typical crunchy breadsticks, and pair it with a glass of Fino.
Tip: take out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. Run warm water on the vacuum sealed package for 30 seconds before opening it.
