Char Siu Cooking Instructions:
1) Open the plastic meat packaging and pour in the marinade provided. Seal the bag, massage and let sit to marinate for 2hrs.
2) When ready, place the meat on a non-stick pan and bake for 25 mins in a preheated 200 deg Celsius oven. Be sure to flip the Char Siu once midway through baking!
3) Take out the Char Siu then rest for 5 to 10 mins
4) Drizzle on our special sauce right before consumption. Enjoy!
